Decision

It was RESOLVED that Full Council be recommended
to
 
Agree the proposed Revenue and Capital budgets for 2024/25
including a Council Tax rate of £146.92 at Band D,
representing a £5.00 per annum increase on the current
charge; and
 
Agree the proposed reserves and balances, Medium-Term
Financial Strategy, Capital Strategy and Treasury Management
Strategy.
 
It was also RESOLVED that the recommendation from
the meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on 08
February 2024, that Cabinet reexamine the proposal to reduce the
Councillors’ Community Grants, be
agreed.
