Purpose

The purpose of this report is
to present to the Leader the recommendation for the allocation of
S106 funding for the 2023 additional bidding window for the
Whitehill and Bordon Area, relating to bids between £50,000
and £250,0000.
 
Although this executive
function has been delegated to the Portfolio Holder for Whitehill
and Bordon, the applicant has been declared on the Portfolio
Holder’s register of interests and is therefore unable to
make a decision in this case.  Under the
scheme of delegation this matter has been referred to the Leader to
determine.
 
 
 
                                       

Decision

That Bids 1 and 2 (Table 2) from Whitehill Town Council be
approved in full.
