Purpose

As
agreed by Cabinet on 13th July 2023, the Director of
Regulation and Enforcement has delegated executive authority, in
consultation with the Chief Executive, the Leader, the Portfolio
Holder and S151 Officer to agree further business cases thereto,
and to implement the Regulation and Enforcement Directorate
Transformation Plan, including any incidental actions such as
agreeing contracts, approving service changes or restructures in
order to achieve the Directorate Transformation Plan, its benefits
and savings. Any such executive decisions will be noted in ongoing
‘Shaping East Hampshire’s Future’ (SEHF)
quarterly reports to members.
 
 
                                               

Decision

To
withdraw provision of an in-house Pest Control Treatment Service
with effect from 1st January 2024.

 
To continue to fulfil current
contractual pest management treatment obligations until all
respective contracts cease (August 2024).
