Decision

Proposed by the Leader of the Council, duly seconded by Councillor
Louisson and RESOLVED
a)        that
the adoption of the heat network rate
relief for 2023/24 only and the change to the Non-Domestic
Discretionary Relief Policy to include the new heat network rate
relief for 2023/24 be approved. Option 2 under 4.4. This relief
also links to the Corporate Strategy for an environmentally aware
and cleaner Council.
b)        to delegate powers to award, revise or revoke any
discretionary relief to the Revenues Manager.
