Purpose

Further to and in
accordance with the Urgent Decision taken
14/03/23, pursuant to Constitution Part Three, Section B Access to
Information Standing Order No 49 (‘Special Urgency’)
and pursuant to Budget & Policy Framework Standing Order
No 63 (‘Urgent Decisions Outside the Policy
Framework’), Officers have taken the decision on the
specific 8 residential properties to purchase from the open
market.
 
 
                                               

Decision

That the properties
listed in Appendix 1 were considered suitable for acquisition as
part of the Local Authority Housing Fund (LAHF) project to resettle
Afghan and Ukrainian refugees. That the properties listed in
Appendix 1 were considered suitable for acquisition as part of the
