Purpose

Consideration of the Directorate
Transformation Plan for the Corporate Governance Directorate.
 
 
                                               

Decision

It was RESOLVED that
 
a)   
The Corporate Governance Directorate Transformation Plan, and its intended
implementation timetable and benefits be approved.

 
b)   
The Director for Corporate Governance be delegated executive authority, in consultation
with the Chief Executive, the Leader, the relevant Portfolio
Holder, and the s151 Officer, to agree further business cases
thereto, and to implement the Corporate Governance Directorate Transformation Plan, including any incidental
actions such as agreeing contracts, approving service changes or
restructures in order
to achieve the Directorate Transformation Plan, its
benefits and savings. Any such executive decisions will be noted in
ongoing SEHF quarterly reports to members.
