RESOLVED that
 

1.   
the recommendations for the allocation of
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding, in accordance with the
CIL Spending Protocol, as set out in Appendices A and B, be
approved.

2.   
the condition associated with the allocation of
funds for Four Marks Community Building in 2021 that no further CIL
money will be allocated to this project, be removed.
