Purpose

To procure a Property Information System as a
Service contract.
 
 
                                               

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

1.   
The award of contract to the preferred bidder for a 3 year
period, with an option to extend for a further 3 years in
accordance with appendix 2 of the report be approved.

2.   
Authority be delegated to the Director of Regeneration and
Prosperity, in consultation with the Chief Finance Officer, to
agree terms and to enter into the contract, in accordance with the
terms outlined in the report.
