Consideration of the Corporate
Transformation Plan.

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

1.   
The Whole Council Transformation business case be
approved.

2.   
The timetable for the delivery of the subsequent Directorate
Transformation Plans be noted.

3.   
The position of the Transformation Programme with regard to timescales, budgets and benefits
delivery be noted.

4.   
An additional drawdown of up to £202,000 in 2023/24 from
transformation reserves be approved.
