Framework Standing Order No 63 (‘Urgent Decisions Outside the Policy

Decision

Approval is sought to delegate
Caroline Tickner, as the Director of Change and Performance to
facilitate the exit of the Collaboration Agreement for
Shared Services (with HBC), dated 4th April 2016
arrangements, including
negotiations and calculation of the exit costs, agreement of an
exit plan and serving of a formal notice to HBC terminating the
Contract, thereby ending the delegation of IT services to
HBC.
