Decision

It was RESOLVED that the Cabinet RECOMMEND to
Full Council that:
 
1.    
A £4m allocation
is made in the capital programme in the 2025/26 budget.
 

2.    
Any draw down on the
capital allocation is contingent upon further Cabinet approval of
any capital expenditure or borrowing required and confirmation of
the outcome of funding applications from the below
sources:
 

Waverley Strategic CIL
Funding

DIO Whitehill & Bordon
Green Measures Funding

South Downs National Park
(SDNP) CIL Funding

S106 Mill Chase, Miller Homes
Funding

S106 W&B Sporting
Facilities Funding

 

3.    
Subject to the award
of funding in recommendation 1 and 2 delegate authority to the
Executive Director of Operations, in consultation with Chief
Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer, to take all necessary
actions to deliver the westside extension.
