It was RESOLVED that Cabinet:
 
Approved and adopted the updated discretionary New Build
Business Rates Policy in Appendix 1
 
Approved the criteria for awarding discretionary rate
relief detailed in         Appendix
1
 
Agreed that decisions on the awarding of rate relief under
this policy to be delegated to the s151 Officer.
