Decision

a.            
Approve a project spend of £174,894.17 which
is being funded through Developer Contributions and external
funding contributions referred to in section 6;
b.            
Agree that the necessary works can be carried out on
Council land;
c.             
Agree the commencement of a procurement process
compliant with Contract Procedure Rules and entering into
contractual arrangements for the services; and
d.            
Agree, in principle, to transfer ownership of the
Admers Crescent Playground, The
Lyndons Playground and The Avenue
Playground to Bramshott and Liphook
Parish Council, in accordance with the Community Asset Transfer
Policy.
