It was RESOLVED that the Shareholder Sub
Committee:
 
a)             
Noted the content
of the EHN Operations and Finance Reports for Q2 2025/26
(Appendices A and B) and the officer analysis contained within this
covering report.
 
b)             
Acknowledged the
significant operational performance improvement, particularly in
missed bin collections.
 
c)             
Requested that the
EHN Directors provide further assurance at the meeting on the
specific actions being taken to sustain the financial recovery and
deliver the revised year-end forecast.
 
 
Reasons for the decision

To present the East Hampshire Norse (EHN) Operations
Director’s Report and the Q2 Finance Report to the
Shareholder Subcommittee for its review and scrutiny.
 
To provide an officer-level analysis of the performance and
operational data presented by the EHN Board, highlighting key
successes, areas requiring continued scrutiny, and the company's
financial standing.
