Purpose
To receive and consider the recommendations of the report
in relation to the Homelessness Strategy.

Rough Sleeping Strategy and Action Plan 2025-2030 be
approved.
Reasons for the decision
A review of homelessness and rough sleeping in
East Hampshire has informed the new strategy. The review ( Appendix
C) evidences rising approaches to the Housing Solutions service
over recent years, continued emphasis on prevention, and the need
to sustain partnership working across statutory and voluntary
sectors

statutory requirement for the Council to publish and maintain a
homelessness strategy based on a review of local circumstances.
