Decision

To approve the appointment of South Downs National Park Authority as the external provider of Strategic Access Management and Monitoring (SAMM) services for Whitehill & Bordon, in accordance with the Council’s procurement procedures. Either party may terminate the Agreement which is to be entered into between the parties at any time during the 2-year term by giving not less than three months’ written notice to the other party.

The proposed agreement may be extended for up to two further one year periods (initial 2 + 1 + 1), subject to the mutual agreement of the parties in the form of a deed and subject to any revised terms and conditions.
