Decision

In accordance with Part Two, Section D1 of the Council’s Constitution, the membership of the Shareholder Sub-Committee for 2026/27 is agreed as follows:

            Cllr Richard Milllard (Leader of the Council)

            Cllr Andy Tree (Deputy Leader of the Council)

            Cllr Tony Costigan (Investment Property Portfolio)

            Cllr Nick Drew (Legal & Governance Portfolio)

            Cllr Charles Louisson (Finance Portfolio)

            Cllr Rob Mocatta (Regeneration and Prosperity Portfolio)

Please note that the Shareholder Sub-Committee may only comprise of members of the Cabinet and must include the Leader and the Cabinet Member with portfolio responsibility for finance.
