Purpose

The Executive Director of Community is exercising an express delegation from the Portfolio Holder on 15 August 2025 and noted by the Cabinet on 11th September 2025 minute 142.

Decision

To approve the release of previously agreed project fund of £174,894.17 from Developer Contributions and external funding contributions in line with the Portfolio Holders decision and to agree that the necessary works can be carried out on Council land which comprises of the play area.
