Purpose

To consider the recommendations of the report, in relation to the policies.

Decision

It was RESOLVED that the Cabinet:

a.     Approved the adoption of the Local Housing Authority Enforcement Policy, as attached in Appendix 1 to this report;

b.    Approved the adoption of the Local Housing Authority Civil Penalties Policy, as attached in Appendix 2 to this report; and

c.     Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Corporate Services and Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Property Portfolio Holder, to make any subsequent updates to the Policy where there is no financial implication for the Council.
