Purpose

Decision

Approval is sought to vary the Inter Authority Agreement (IAA), as set out as a major amendment, which establishes the framework for delivering nutrient mitigation schemes funded through the Solent Local Nutrient Mitigation Fund (LNMF)[1].

The proposed variation will amend the provisions within the IAA relating to the pricing and sale of nitrate credits, enabling a more flexible and responsive approach to market conditions.
