Purpose

The Shareholders’ Sub-Committee to consider the recommendations of the report, in relation to East Hampshire Norse (EHN).

Decision

It was RESOLVED that the Shareholders’ Sub Committee:

a.               Delegated authority to the Chair of the Shareholders Sub-Committee, in consultation with the Section 151 Officer, to approve the Annual Accounts of East Hampshire Norse on behalf of East Hampshire District Council as shareholder.

b.              Noted that the approved accounts will be reported to the following meeting of the Shareholders Sub-Committee for information.

Reasons for the Decision:

To seek approval to delegate authority to the Chair of the Shareholders Sub-Committee, in consultation with the Section 151 Officer, to approve the Annual Accounts of East Hampshire Norse on behalf of EHDC as shareholder.
