Purpose

As
agreed by Cabinet on 13th July 2023, the Director of Regeneration
and Prosperity has delegated executive authority, in consultation
with the Chief Executive, the Leader, the Portfolio Holder and S151
Officer to agree further business cases thereto, and to implement
the Regeneration and Prosperity Directorate Transformation Plan,
including any incidental actions such as agreeing contracts,
approving service changes or restructures in order to achieve the
Directorate Transformation Plan, its benefits and
savings.
 

Decision

To
cease RegenCo’s as a commercial venture and its activities
with effect on 31st March 2024 or as soon as is
reasonably practicable thereafter.
