Decision

To authorise the Director of
Regulation and Enforcement, Natalie Meagher, in consultation with
EHDC’s Planning Policy, Procurement and Legal teams, to award
and sign a contract with the successful bidder for a transport
assessment in support of the emerging Local Plan.
