Purpose

A decision was taken
at Cabinet on Thursday, 9 February 2023 allowing the Delivering
through IT Programme to complete the
necessary procurements and major contract awards with delegated
Executive authority to the Chief Operating Officer and S151
Officer.

Decision

The table
in the report provides details, by workstream, of the major
procurements/contract awards which have taken place in the period
since the 9 February 2023 by the officers to whom delegated
Executive authority was given through that Cabinet decision. Future
business as usual procurements will be taken through the
appropriate processes. The Exempt appendix comprises actual costs
which are commercially sensitive.
