Purpose

Cabinet to adopt the revised Policy and help guide to
ensure EHDC fulfils its commitments to its employees by supporting
a safe and positive working environment.

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

a)   
the amendments made
to the existing Domestic Abuse Policy and Help Guide (at Appendix
B) be noted;

b)   
the updated EHDC
Safeguarding Policy (at Appendix A) be approved.
