Purpose

To consider the quarter 4 performance monitoring; and
2023/34 outturn report.
 

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

a.   
The outturn for the
General Revenue Fund, subject to external audit, of a General Fund
overspend of £0.307 million be noted;

b.   
Transfers to the
General Revenue Fund and Earmarked reserves, as set out in
Earmarked Reserve Movements of the report be noted;
and

c.   
The position of the
2023/24 capital programme as at 31 March 2024 be
noted.
