Purpose

To adopt the Community Asset Transfer Policy
for East Hampshire District Council.
 
 
                                               

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

a)   
the adoption of the
Community Asset Transfer Policy be approved; and

b)   
authority be
delegated to the Director of Regeneration & Prosperity, in
consultation with the Director of Community Engagement and
Development, Chief Finance Officer and s.151, the Monitoring
Officer and the relevant Portfolio Holders, to determine the
detailed process for consideration and approval of asset transfer
applications; and

c)   
this report and the
Community Asset Transfer Policy be submitted to Council for
information.
