Purpose

To consider the draft strategy and recommend
its adoption to Council.
 
 
                                               

Decision

RESOLVED that
 
a)   
the Climate Change &
Environment Strategy 2024 – 2029 be approved;
b)   
the Delivery Action Plan for
2024/25 be approved; and
c)   
authority be delegated to
the Director of Regeneration and Prosperity in consultation with
the s151 Officer and relevant Portfolio Holder to agree future
annual action plans.
 
RESOLVED that Full Council be
recommended to:
 
a)   
Approve the Climate Change &
Environment Strategy 2024 – 2029;
b)   
Approve the Delivery Action
Plan for 2024/25; and
c)   
Approve Cabinet’s
decision to delegate to the Director of Regeneration and Prosperity
in consultation with the s151 Officer and relevant Portfolio Holder
to agree future annual action plans.
