It was RESOLVED that Cabinet:
 
3.1 Approved an Executive Delegation to the
Director of Community Engagement & Development to draw down HSF
funding from HCC, procure and distribute vouchers under the Food
Voucher Scheme for residents in the District, but before doing so
consult with the s.151 Chief Finance Officer
