Decision

It was resolved that Cabinet:
 
Authorised that the Council enters into the Inter Authority
Agreement for Solent Local Nutrient Mitigation Fund Projects (IAA)
;
 
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Operations
to sign the proposed IAA, including approval of any necessary minor
amendments, in consultation with the Council’s Monitoring
Officer, S151 Officer and relevant Portfolio Holder; and
 
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Operations
to agree the Council as Benefiting Authority for projects delivered
through the IAA, in consultation with the Council’s S151
Officer and relevant Portfolio Holder.
 
Authorised the Executive Director of Operations to act as
the Authorised Officer within the IAA and agree any minor
amendments or variations to the IAA.
