Decision

It was resolved that Cabinet would recommend to Full
Council that:
 
The proposed Fees and Charges be agreed and adopted with
effect from either the 1st January 2025 or 1st April 2025 depending
on the specific service requirements as set out in Appendix A to
this report, and
 
The amendment to the Pay & Display parking charges
within Council owned car parks be approved, effective from 1st
January 2025.
