The Portfolio Holder for Climate Change, Environmental Services & Sustainability is responsible for:   ·           Sustainability including Energy and Climate Change ·           Champion for the “Carbon Neutral by 2030” commitment ·           Community engagement on climate change ·           Environmental improvements including traffic implications ·           Energy conservation in terms of the Council property and vehicles ·           Sustainable procurement strategy ·           Active Travel ·           Liaison with the Highway Authority on all strategy, plans and consultations regarding transport infrastructure and travel habits ·           Waste Management ·           Environmental Enforcement, including Joint Action Team ·           Environmental Well-being ·           Street Cleaning Services
