Resolved that
 
(a)       a
4-week consultation on the Claygate Vision as part of the Claygate
Placemaking project be agreed; and
 
(b)      
authority be delegated to the Head of Planning and Environmental
Health, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Planning, to
make such minor alterations to improve consultation documents as
deemed necessary.
