Resolved that
 
(a)       the Enterprise
Elmbridge Action Plan 2025/26 be approved; and
 
(b)      
authority be delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with
the Portfolio Holder for Enterprise, Parking and Local Economy, to
cast votes in respect of each of the Council’s eligible
properties in the Business Improvement District (BID) area in any
future Weybridge and Esher BID ballots and the Walton BID
re-ballot.
