Resolved that
 
(a)      
the performance of the Council’s Investment Property
Portfolio against the financial pressures experienced over the
previous year, be noted; and
 
(b)      
officers continue to focus on increasing income generating
opportunities from the Investment Property Portfolio and to the
disposal of those assets that no longer fitted within the
Council’s Investment Strategy.
