Resolved that
 
(a)      
authority be delegated to the Strategic Director (Services), in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Leisure, Culture and
Commercial Strategy, to award the contract to a property
development consultancy following a competitive tender process;
and
 
(b)      
following the appointment of a property development consultancy, a
disposal strategy for the Civic Centre site be produced and
presented to Cabinet for consideration in February 2026.
