Resolved that
 
(a)      
the Management Plan for Brooklands Community Park be
approved;
 
(b)      
the operating procedure with regard to bollards and other
structures on Elmbridge Borough Council verges be not adopted;
and
 
(c)        installation
of any structures be not permitted and anything that was installed
be considered and agreed by the Head of Culture, Leisure and
Environment on a case by case basis from a health and safety
viewpoint.
