Resolved that
 
(a)      
Hersham residents and other interested stakeholders be engaged on
plans and aspirations for Hersham; and
 
(b)      
authority be delegated to the Head of Planning and Environmental
Health to draft and publish the engagement materials, liaising with
the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Enterprise & Local Economy
and Hersham Village Councillors.
