Resolved that
 
(a)      
subject to officers undertaking a full due diligence consideration
of the contract and lease terms, Option 1 (preferred option), as
outlined in Appendix A of the report, be approved for the future
provision of electric vehicle chargepoints; and
 
(b)      
the charging rate for the Council’s current electric vehicle
chargepoints be updated on a six monthly basis by the Head of
Assets and Property, in consultation with the Head of Finance &
Section 151 Officer and the Portfolio Holder for Climate Change
& Sustainability, to ensure the rate was, as a minimum, cost
neutral to the organisation, and also competitively priced against
other local, third-party charging rates.
