Resolved that
 
(a)       the Sustainable
Procurement Policy be approved; and
 
(b)      
authority be delegated to the Head of Legal and Governance, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Climate Change and
Sustainability, to make minor amendments to the Policy including
updating the Policy to reflect changes in Government
guidance.
