Resolved that
(a)
the new Strategic Access Monitoring and Management Tariff be agreed
and implemented by the Council from 1 April 2024; and
(b)
authority be delegated to the Head of Planning & Environmental
Health to review and implement future annual Strategic Access
Monitoring and Management Tariff uplifts.
