updated and sets out the Services’ approach to
enforcement

Content

Resolved that
 
(a)      
the updated Environmental Health & Licensing Team –
Enforcement Policy and the Council’s approach to enforcement
be noted; and
 
(b)      
the draft updated Environmental Health & Licensing Team –
Enforcement Policy be agreed for public consultation for a period
of 1 month.
