Resolved that
 
(a)      
the update set out in the report, as a conclusion to the Urban
Vision commission, be noted;
 
(b)      
the draft objectives listed in Workstream 1 be agreed;
 
(c)        the scope and
proposed budget for Workstreams 1-5 be approved;
 
(d)      
with regard to Workstream 4 – Route to Net Zero, further
discussions take place between the Portfolio Holders for Climate
Change and Leisure, Culture & Commercial Strategy, to determine
whether existing information / analysis was sufficient for the
project or whether additional reports were required;
 
(e)      
the proposed financial spend to support the development of the
options appraisal and business case be approved; and
 
(f)        the timeline
for next steps be noted.
