Resolved that
 
(a)      
the draft Elm Grove and Elmgrove
Recreation Ground – Draft Development Brief, as set out in
Appendix A of the report, be agreed for consultation between 5
December 2023 and 29 January 2024; and
 
(b)      
the summary of the Communications & Engagement Strategy –
key messages, getting involved details and key stakeholders, as set
out in Appendix B of the report, be noted.
