Resolved that
 
(a)      
the revenue and capital budget position for the first quarter of
2023/24 be noted;
 
(b)      
the overspend of £33,400 for the capital project ‘Solo
Units by Esher Civic Centre’ to cover landscaping,
provisional sums and professional fees associated with the extended
contract period from 28 weeks to 33 weeks be noted; and
 
(c)        the additional
Community Infrastructure Levy maintenance budget requirement of
£6,731 as a result of higher tender prices, be
noted.
