Resolved that
 
(a)      
the draft Elmbridge Design Code Supplementary Planning Document, as
attached at Appendix A of the report, be approved for the purposes
of consultation, subject to authority being delegated to the
Strategic Director, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Planning, Enterprise and Local Economy, to make any necessary final
adjustments to wording; and
 
(b)      
authority be delegated to the Strategic Director, in consultation
with the Leader and the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Enterprise
and Local Economy, to agree the Communications Plan for the draft
Design Code consultation.
