Resolved that
 
(a)       the Countryside
Strategy be adopted;
 
(b)      
the request to purchase the verge by Littleheath Common be refused; and
 
(c)        the request
for a Deed of Grant of Easement for vehicular and pedestrian access
rights over part of Esher Common (outside 30 Copsem Lane), be refused.
