Resolved that
 
(a)      
the Council enter into an agreement with Mole Valley District
Council (known as Mole Valley Life) for the provision of the
Elmbridge Community Alarm Service for a three-year period with the
option to extend for up to a further two years; and
 
(b)      
the Community Alarm Service transfer from 1 October
2023.
