Resolved that
 
(a)      
the updated options appraisal be supported and the production of
detailed capital and revenue costings for the 3 preferred options
of refurbish; redevelop & extend the existing facility; or
build a new replacement facility be agreed;
 
(b)      
the terms of reference for the Hurst Pool Site Member Reference
Group,  as set out in the report, be
agreed; and
 
(c)        a further
report be brought back to Cabinet on completion of the next
phase.
