Resolved that
 
(a)      
the Esher Town Centre Vision, as set out at Appendix 1 of the
report, be adopted; and
 
(b)      
£75,000 be allocated for the funding of the Feasibility Study
from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Infrastructure
Feasibility Fund.
